Testa Conserve’s Bluefin Tuna Buzzonaglia Sauce celebrates the buzzonaglia, the part of the bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) located close to the fishbone, near the belly and under the neck. This part of the tuna is characterised by its dark colour and intense flavour. The buzzonaglia, fished in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Area 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), is processed by artisans and combined with a high quality tomato sauce, creating a sauce with a rich and strong taste.

The complete production chain, from fishing to processing, is guaranteed by the food company Testa Conserve, which operates in accordance with a Hygienic Safety System according to the HACCP method and in compliance with current regulations. Every stage of processing is carefully followed to guarantee a product of the highest quality.
