Description

Testa Conserve Bluefin Tuna Ventresca celebrates the ventresca, the most valuable part of the bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus). The ventresca is known for its soft texture and intense flavour, thanks to its high percentage of noble fats. This cut comes from the ventral zone of the tuna, which is particularly rich in omega-3 and other nutrients. Caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Area 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), the tuna is processed artisanally to maintain its natural tenderness and flavour, following the traditions of Sicilian cuisine.

The complete production chain, from fishing to processing, is guaranteed by the food company Testa Conserve, which operates in accordance with a Hygienic Safety System according to the HACCP method and in compliance with current regulations. Every stage of processing is carefully followed to guarantee a product of the highest quality.
