Description

Testa Conserve’s Red Tuna Buzzonaglia celebrates a particular part of the bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), characterised by its dark, tasty flesh. The buzzonaglia is obtained from the clippings of the parts closest to the middle bone of the tuna, which are rich in flavour and nutrients, including omega-3. Caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Area 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), the tuna is processed artisanally to maintain its natural tenderness and flavour, following the traditions of Sicilian cuisine.

The complete production chain, from fishing to processing, is guaranteed by the food company Testa Conserve, which operates in accordance with a Hygienic Safety System according to the HACCP method and in compliance with current regulations. Every stage of processing is carefully followed to guarantee a product of the highest quality.
